The women who fight

Women only
Nogi competition prep

We invite women from any club to train with us in a fast paced competition session.

3rd April, 12-3

Carlson Gracie Surrey, 53 Ormside Way, Holmethorpe, Redhill RH1 2LW

This is a nogi high intensity session.

We invite women from any club to train, all belts are welcome (although white belts must have 6 months minimum training).

This session will be a fast paced competition preparation session. Unlike our open mats it will structured and we encourage people to be rolling as much as possible! We will have wicked music to pump us up and we will be pushing the pace with positional set ups, shark tanks and more…

This class is for people who are competing or enjoy competition training – this one isn’t for you if you want to take it slow.

This will be a ticketed event, please book your space below.

Everyone must book their space – even if you are a member of the club.

It is very important to us that we encourage a sense of community with these open mats, training intelligently and considerately, and looking after each other when rolling. This event will be gi and nogi.
There will be a professional photographer / videographer at the event creating exciting footage of us rolling which will be available to everyone to share after the event! See all our photos from our events on our open mat facebook group.
Please be responsible with regards to COVID. We will be following the current protocols in place.

We are be asking everyone who attends our events to take a lateral flow test before they come. They are free from the chemist and take half an hour to get the result. We need to maintain a responsible space for us to continue holding these events, and we appreciate everyone helping us achieve this.

Refunds will be available up to 72 hours before the event.
If the link below does not work, please go directly to our eventbrite page to book your space.
