We are quite literally what we eat. Therefore what we eat can play a pivotal role in our performance … in life and in our chosen sport.
Join us for a series of three webinars diving into key aspects of nutrition for the combat athlete. Across the series, we go from addressing the basics of nutrition for health and getting back on track post lockdown, to optimizing nutrition for performance in training and competition, to the role supplements can (and cannot!) play in a combat athlete’s diet.
These webinars will provide inside and knowledge to help you structure your nutrition so it works for YOU. Led by the Performance Nutritionists of Feed.Fuel.Perform, Dr. Sinead Roberts and Antonia Braun.
